Unfortunately this is all too common. We often receive last minute phone calls from stressed out customers asking if we have any chairs available because the company they originally booked through has cancelled their booking, aren't answering their calls or haven't turned up to deliver their order. Most of the time we are able to help them out, however sometimes we are unable to help them out due to bookings previously made for that day.

Budget Event Hire offers nothing but a reliable and trustworthy delivery and pickup service. The delivery and pickup times we provide our customers at the time of booking are the times we deliver and pickup the orders to/from the customers. We call/text our customers when we are on our way for delivery and pickup so they know when to expect us.
