Last night, we attended in the 2023 Mumbrella Commscon Award and to our delight, we won! Our FrogID Week campaign with the Australian Museum received the Best Campaign with a Small Budget award. 🐸

We were thrilled to work on Australia's Biggest Frog Count Week - FrogID Week.

We express our gratitude to Mumbrella for nominating us and recognizing our efforts with this incredible accolade.

Last Saturday we witnessed a sight like no other! An incredible start to the Sydney Gay and Le***an Mardi Gras 2023! With 12,500 marchers and 208 floats - the most in the history, this year marked the 45th anniversary of the iconic parade. Love Love and just Love were on full display, showcasing the strength and resilience of the LGBTQIA+ community. 🌈❤️

Commis Chef Position

Looking for a Chef job with work life balance? Yes, it’s possible at Bellbird Dining and Bar. Set within the Casula Powerhouse Arts centre you will be working on a roster that includes brunch and lunch service five days a week (Wed – Sun) and dinner 2 nights a week (Fri- Sat).

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef who is keen to learn from our two highly qualified Chefs who have extensive experience working in hatted restaurants. Cordon Bleu-trained Head Chef, Federico Rekowski, and Sous Chef, Steven Pham, focus on showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce through simple and delicious recipes.

With free staff parking, Casula train station on our doorstep and a unique industrial meets arts work environment, you can enjoy a great work life balance in this role.

Base salary for a 38 hour week - $56,837 - $61,531 (depending on experience) plus 10% super plus penalty rates for weekend shifts (+25% Saturdays and 50% Sundays).
