Proud to announce that we, Eat Drink Collective and our sisters’ food trucks Tsuru Food Truck & BO$$ Burgers will be the official caterer for Sydney’s coolest pop-up activation ELEVATE from New Years Day till January 6, 2022.

The stage is set for a massive celebration of entertainment and culture unlike any that Sydney has seen before. The Cahill Expressway, which will be shut for six full days and transformed into an epic festival space overlooking Sydney Harbour.

30,000 Tickets have been sold out and the line-up is gloriously diverse, with over 180 performers encompassing internationally recognised acts like Tones and I and Baker Boy, children’s entertainers, sports stars, musical theatre legends and rising local talent. The festival is a celebration of Sydney’s multiculturalism, vibrant nightlife and a signal that we are back and better than ever.

🔥SPAM fans! After a short hiatus we’re back doing what we do best - spamming! 🤪 Deep fried SPAM BAO with creamy mayo & crunchy seaweed are on specials this week ~ it’s crispy, it’s fluffy, it’s creamy... and it’s bloody sinful but oh SO good 🤤 Don’t miss out!
