month of amazing food events was well underway this week with a collection of fantastic chefs and providers coming together to showcase what’s on offer in the Shoalhaven. We were lucky enough to be invited along to create a canapé alongside a host of talented chefs. Our offering was a wagyu beef tataki rolled around enoki with whipped horseradish, crispy black rice and ponzu finished with ponzu.

Happy Sunday! Next weeks delicious delivery from Orchard Catering Co. Is a full rack of smoked pork ribs. It comes with homemade smoked cheddar corn bread, baked maple sweet potato, creamy coleslaw and pickles. And of course bbq sauce! We are also including dessert. Banana pudding. If you would like to support some local business this week then you can head to our website and place and order. Each pack feeds 2 and Costs just $50. We try each week to champion some local Suppliers and so far have used steve the butcher , the treat factory, machoclatier, passion in fruit , the Nowra fish markets.

We also paired our meals with a weekly wine from Justin here in Berry. This week we have a Grenache. I also will deliver all meals for you free. And due to some more cases of COVID a little closer to home these will all be contactless. I have also been vaccinated.

Thanks again to all who are supporting not just this meal delivery but all those in the area as restaurants and hospitality are all struggling it means so much for us that you are still allowing us into your homes and of course keeping us all sane.
