On R UK Okay Day, it’s time to check in on ourselves and others, reminding everyone that it's okay not to be okay. Life can sometimes feel like an intense piece of music, sometimes exhilarating, but at other times, overwhelming and perhaps out of sync and like you’ve lost your rhythm. Angela Grima from Drum Beats often says that she see’s people like musical notes. When we are in the groove those notes harmonise and create music but when we are slightly off they can clash and make noise.🎷🎶

When looking at it as a chord moving from dissonance to consonance it can be as simple as moving one finger position on the keyboard. Sometimes this is all it takes to shift our thought process. One finger space.💛
