Could you get any more orange than these gorgeous carrots? Just arrived from our local supplier, they’re bursting with vitality and golden goodness. Being an autumn/winter veg, they’re in season right now and super nourishing.🥕

These fresh carrots are going straight into two of our new meals on the cooking schedule today – Cottage Pie and Bacon + Vegetable Soup. 🧡

Fresh produce alert! Zucchinis are in season right now and these shiny skinned ones just arrived this morning for use in our Vegetable Lasagne w Pesto.

Fresh produce begins to deteriorate from the moment of harvest. That’s one of the reasons why we cook our veg on the same day as we receive it. No sitting around in the cool room getting wilted here!

Another delivery of fresh herbs has arrived to our kitchen and the aroma is divine! Today we’ve got mint, dill, rosemary, coriander and thyme.

Did you know that fresh herbs retain more vitamins than dried herbs? They are also bursting with antioxidants and can aid digestion and immunity too.

One of the secrets to our flavoursome dishes is the use of garden fresh herbs along with spices and aromatics like onions and garlic. You definitely won’t find any artificial flavour enhancers here! 🌱🌿💚

This family meal is five stars for a reason ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! It consists of a generous serve of 18 top selling meatballs. Using beef mince with onion and rice, we add key flavours of lemon zest, fresh mint + oregano to these tasty balls. Served in a rich tomato and herb sauce, they are sure to satisfy.
