Here at Gluten Free Cuisine, we are dedicated to creating healthy, gourmet foods for EVERYONE – particularly those with an intolerance to gluten. We produce a variety of both sweet and savory products, inclusive of:

Our product is proudly Made in Marrickville, and we are now pleased to announce that you can pre order our product for pickup at The Pasta Factory, which is also located in Marrickville. We have a presence at many markets, such as Hornsby (every Thurs). Orange Grove Markets (every Sat), French's Forest (every Sun), Blackheath Market (Every 2nd Sun) and Castlehill Market (Every 2nd and 4th Sat) which we have been doing for many years. Our passion comes from bringing satisfaction to our customers, especially those who require a gluten free diet as a way of life. A couple of lovely ladies enjoying our delicious breakfast, served all day Monday and Tuesday, and until 11.30am Saturday and Sunday ☕️🍞🥑🍳🥓🍄🧑🏼‍🍳

Due to popular demand, we have decided to extend our breakfast service starting at 8am to 11.30am.

You can choose from Spinach & Ricotta, Bacon & Cheese or Buckwheat & Corn bread,
and Poached, Fried or Scrambled Eggs,
plus add Mushrooms, Broccolini, Haloumi, Roasted Tomato, Smoked Salmon and/or Avocado.

We also now have Banana Bread!

Breakfast is also available ALL DAY Monday and Tuesday.

We are open 7 days, 7am to 3.30pm.
2 Balls Head Drive, Waverton, a 10 minute walk from Waverton Station or 4 hour free parking out the front.
