Just because lockdown ruins your party plans it shouldn’t mean that you have to miss out. Earlier this year a lovely customer asked me to make a cake and cupcakes for her daughters birthday. Then lockdown hit. Not wanting her to miss out we went ahead with the cake and now lockdown has been lifted it was time for the cupcakes!!!

This is the story of a girl who opened a gluten free cafe to feed the coeliac masses. We are sad to say goodbye but the time has come.

It’s so much fun to create someone’s dream cake. With layers of white chocolate pistachio and chocolate hazelnut what’s not to love.
