We had another wonderful weekend last week, with sunny weather and delicious food, as we celebrated a 70th birthday in style.

We catered for 50 guests who thoroughly enjoyed our authentic Malaysian cuisine, featuring freshly cooked satay chicken and beef. The sumptuous buffet spread included an array of dishes, such as slow cooked beef Rendang, Nasi goreng, Nyonya Sambal prawns, Stir-fried French beans, and crispy spring rolls all freshly cooked onsite.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of cooking for our client to celebrate Chinese New Year's Eve in style.

The evening's festivities featured a sumptuous spread of traditional dishes, with our festive menu showcasing an array of mouth-watering favorites. These included sweet and sour pork, baked Emperor's chicken, stir fried Hokkien noodles, broccoli with braised mushrooms and fatt choy, and an unforgettable seafood of butter cereal prawns, succulent scallops and tender snow peas.

Seafood combination Char Kway Teow
This stir-fried flat rice noodle dish is cooked with soy sauce, garlic, fish cake, chicken, prawns, Chinese lap Cheong (sausage), and bean sprouts. It is known for its smoky flavor from the high heat cooking technique.

Fried Hokkien noodles chicken
This is another popular dish in Malaysia consisting of thick hokkien noodles stir-fried with soy sauce and a mix of vegetables and chicken.

Fried Nyonya Mee Siam
A spicy noodle dish made with rice vermicelli, chicken, tofu, sambal bean paste which gives that umami savoury flavour . The noodles is then topped with omelette, spring onions , fried onions , chillies and a squeeze of a lemon for that tangy flavour.
