As the new year commences, we’re sending our heartfelt thanks for all the support in 2024. Our team has had a rewarding and busy end to 2024. We eagerly anticipate the coming year; filled with creative projects, valued client relationships and new and exciting opportunities. For now, it’s time for us to unwind and recharge.

** Our team will be out of office until January 8, ready to assist with any enquiries upon our return.

“I like this dish because it represents the signature SEC style. Classic ingredients combined to create a contemporary dish. It also looks beautiful on the plate. When my team and I are all on a well deserved break in early January, I’ll be replicating this for family and friends at home. Perfect with a glass of champagne or crisp Riesling to to kick off a sunny summers day long lunch.
