Hardworking and dedicated, Ella's journey in the event industry began as a valuable team member at The Boathouse Group, where she dove into the world of events and weddings. She quickly became captivated by the logistics and intricacies involved in making a couple's special day perfect. Her background in hospitality and venues gives her a unique edge in understanding all aspects of project coordination.
While completing her Bachelor of Event Management at the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS), Ella expanded her expertise, working as an on-the-day coordinator/planner for weddings on the weekends. Whether orchestrating corporate events or bringing clients' visions to life, her impact is felt every step of the way, fostering an environment where creativity and collaboration thrive.
What truly sets Ella apart is her electric sense of humor and warm nature. She is driven by a deep curiosity and an unwavering commitment to ensuring every detail hits the mark. Her ability to ask insightful questions and truly understand the needs of our clients allows her to bring their brief to life with precision and authentic care.
When she's not in the office, Ella loves a beach day or weekend away with friends, soaking up the sun and recharging her energy for the busy weeks ahead.
