Founded in 2011 by Julie Wilson, following 13 years of hospitality experience including 8 years of cooking for the rich and famous aboard luxury motor yachts and 3 years caring for private clients. Julie decided to leave the suitcase lifestyle, to settle in Sydney, bringing with her the exotic recipes she had gathered from around the globe.
