✨ Lighting up the night for Cumberland City Council’s Diwali Festival 2024! ✨

We had the joy of coordinating the dazzling street lighting for the festival’s bustling stalls. Multicoloured lights danced along the street, changing hues and casting magical projections.

The Diwali spirit of light and celebration shone brightly throughout the night. A festival of colour, culture, and connection—what an honour to be part of it! 🪔🎆

This year, we welcomed the playful charm of OTTO&ANINA 🐱—two inflatable cats—and the vibrant beauty of Lost 🌸, inflatable flowers that lit up the laneways.🚀
It’s such a thrill to see local artists showcase their talent in this iconic, vibrant space.
Huge kudos to the artists who pushed the boundaries with this innovative medium, turning Parramatta’s laneways into a living, breathing gallery! 🎨💥

What an incredible experience it was to be part of the City of Ryde’s iconic Granny Smith Festival this year! 🍏✨

Known as one of Sydney’s largest and most beloved family street festivals, the Granny Smith Festival is a vibrant celebration of everything local, offering a mix of arts, culture, food, and entertainment for all ages—with over 80,000 attendees!

This year, we were thrilled to provide the entire site crew team to assit with managing the entire site from bump-in to bump-out, assisting with decor, supplier management, and coordinating over 230 stallholders and food vendors. 🍴🎉

Our team also supported production, stage management, and overall event operations, ensuring everything ran seamlessly and creating an unforgettable experience for thousands of visitors.

A huge thank you to all the amazing vendors and performers who brought their talent and energy to make this celebration of community and culture truly special.

Our team had such a blast at the festival, and Dylan had the most fun of all! 😁 We just had to share these pics of him with some amazing performers.

He’s pictured with Hello Kitty herself, FAEBLE the high-energy idol group with a rock twist, Shiho Sparkle Hooper who brings joy and sparkle with her hoop dance, and Eisa Champ Roo who wowed us with their Okinawan Lion Dance and drum performances. ✨🦁

What an amazing two weeks running the stage at the Sydney Cherry Blossom Festival! 🌸 We had a blast designing it to complement the stunning blossoms and to celebrate Hello Kitty’s 50th birthday in style! 🎂

So many incredible guests graced our stage—Hello Kitty brought endless smiles and singalongs, while Noriko captivated everyone with the beautiful sounds of the shamisen, sharing Japan’s rich musical traditions. 🎶

We had an incredible time turning a venue into a Wild West wonderland for an unforgettable 21st birthday bash!

We had an awesome time managing the stage for Cumberland City Council's Lunar New Year celebration at Auburn Park!

Our awesome audio team handled everything from a big traditional drumming performance to large dance ensembles and individual performers.

Plus, we made sure the MC's mic was loud and clear for the big crowds that attended the awesome day! Handling both big and small audio needs was a blast!

When the sun set, our stage transformed thanks to our dedicated tech crew. It's always so exciting installing lights and watching them illuminate our creation as night falls.

And collaborating with a fire performer was pure magic! We tailored the stage design to ensure her fiery performance could light up the night!

Community spirit in action at the Street Football Festival! 🌟

We believe in the power of bringing people together, and we're thrilled to have had numerous community groups join us for a day filled with fun and engagement.

While we're showcasing just a glimpse here, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who participated. Here's a little glimpse of the activities - Boomerang Bags with their creative reusable shopping bag activity, Ryde Fire Brigade igniting excitement with their fire truck, Parramatta Women's Shed with the woodworking fun, Sophie Bejok with the lively Dancefit class, and St John giving informative first aid workshops. Each group added their own unique touch, making the festival a true community celebration!
