In an electrifying spectacle against the stunning backdrop of Luna Park Sydney and the iconic Harbour Bridge, Sydney’s famous waters transformed into a vibrant parade! A staggering convoy of 300 pink Squid Game guards made their way, escorting the towering Young-hee—the legendary doll from ‘Red Light, Green Light’—as she arrived at her new home at Luna Park Sydney. It was an exhilarating experience to witness this iconic event! We were thrilled to tantalize our guests' taste buds with some of our finest Korean-inspired canapés, adding to the festivities!

It’s official! We’ve reached the grand finale of our 2024 event countdown, and we’re ending with a bang! Drum roll, please... The highlight of the year is the spectacular Sapphire Australia Dinner!

Sydney’s elite gathered for the third annual Sapphire Australia Dinner to raise vital funds for ocean conservation.

Held at the Tank beneath the Art Gallery of New South Wales, this was the first-ever sit-down dinner in the stunning repurposed WWII fuel container. Guests enjoyed mesmerizing ocean-inspired projections by South Korean digital creators district and donned recycled fabulous fashions! This zero-waste dinner, expertly planned by us at Laissez-faire Catering, rallied support for The Sapphire Project’s mission to protect our oceans and the Great Barrier Reef. What an unforgettable night!

We’re getting close to the end of our 2024 event countdown! Coming in at number 4 is the Travel Associates Luxury Cruise Launch, the ultimate showstopper!

Hosted by Travel Associates guests were transported to a world of elegance as they explored the offerings from ten top luxury cruise lines!

This extravagant event was made more luxurious with a unique culinary experience with ten cocktails inspired by different cruise lines, each paired with delicious mussels. It was a remarkable celebration of luxury and adventure!

This two-day Conference transformed into a stunning Gala Awards Dinner, bringing together visionary leaders and passionate advocates from Australia and New Zealand.

To keep everyone energized, we offered a fantastic selection of food and beverages, including all-day coffee, fresh juices, a paella and pasta bar, poke salads, and more!

The awards dinner featured mouth-watering dishes like rich Potato Gnocchi and succulent Porcini-crusted Spring lamb rump—truly an unforgettable culinary experience! Yum!

What started as a simple daytime conference for 1,200 guests quickly morphed into an extraordinary evening! With a lot of hard work and creativity, we transformed the space into a breathtaking dinner venue, complete with a mouth-watering menu, all in under 2 hours at the stunning White Bay Cruise Terminal alongside .au.
