Behind-the-scenes at SailGP Sydney: Despite the glamorous façade of events, there’s a lot of unseen work involved. This is where the crew dines—perhaps not glamorous, but crucial. Providing fresh, healthy, locally sourced food for 400 people is a key part of my work, ensuring they stay energized for weeks on end. Seeing their happy faces and hearing positive feedback from the staff about their meals brings me such immense joy. 🔆
