Cookie Queen Kitsch'n is a Events and Dessert Stylist based in Sydney Australia. We specialise in Custom Made to Order Cookies and a wide range of Desserts & Cakes. Custom Dessert Tables and Events styled professionally to any given theme. We have over 35 Custom Made Backdrops in our hire range to bring your event to life! Candy Bar and Balloons are an easy and effective Add On to create real Wow Factor.
Our Events include but not limited to Children and Adult Birthdays, Kids Parties, Christenings/Baptisms, Weddings, Engagements, Corporate Events, Baby Births/Welcomes, Baby Showers, Engagements, Bridal Showers, High Teas, Hens Nights and more. **Announcement**
For all orders placed from 1 September 2015 we have introduced the following Terms & Conditions.
Please take note the following applies :-
1. 50% Deposit on orders above $120, and pre-payment in full on orders under $120 required to lock the order date in by the due date. Orders made under 10 days require total cost prepaid up front at time of invoice.
2. Any late payments will result in the order being cancelled automatically, please understand that we lack time due to bookings/baking/events to chase unpaid accounts.
3. Do not hesitate to request a custom or tailored quote, this may however take longer to produce and we do require all details up front of Date, Location, Venue, Times (all incl start and finish times and the time we can setup from), requirements, budget, desires, wants. We will then produce a Customised Quotation for you. Please note that a Custom Quote does not receive a bonus item, Bonus items were introduced to save us hours of quoting and emails which can be in excess of 5 hours.
4. We require all order requests to be made in writing, once placed we will send you an order confirmation/invoice to secure your order, an invoice number is given on this and your order is then locked in pending payment on time.
5. If you choose to cancel your order please notify us in writing. Any system cancellations made on our behalf due to non payment and not answering follow ups, no future order requests will be answered (blacklisted) due to time wasting.
Quotes, Invoices, Calls and Messages all take many hours of our time which is part of the order process, however it is a mutual respect that this is an expectation, and that it is not abused in time wasting, with no intention to order, emails, messages, responses, and quotations take time away from our baking and creating, please give us the same courtesy and respect with refraining from messaging multiple times in 24 hours to follow up a message, we have an auto replay that states 24-72 hours for replies. Please ensure that you advise you have cancelled if you have been invoiced but have decided to take another avenue for your event. If you have an urgent issue, notification or request with an existing booking please text message us, this is the fastest method, as we can often be on the road not at the computer. Messages with just a Question Mark (?) will not be answered.
***TERMS & CONDITIONS***
To secure an order and date you must first make contact to get a quote, and once all items are confirmed an invoice is issued with a due date for your deposit and when the final payment is required, these dates are not flexible or negotiable, these dates are in accordance with ordering in the products to complete the order within the time frame.
Not making your payment on time (by the due date) can result in your order being cancelled, another order being made in your place (another customer taking you order spot), the order date no longer being available.
Dates for orders are not held without a deposit.
Once your deposit has been made, items and product orders are then commenced. Cancellations made within 14 days will have a 50% penalty fee from the total cost of the order.
Cancellation of event or items made within 7 days will have a 75% penalty fee from the total cost or cancellation amount whichever is greater.
Cancellation of event or items made 7-14 days will have a 50% penalty fee from the total cost or the cancellation amount whichever is greater.
Cancellations made after payment date and up to 14 days from event date will incur a 20% processing fee.
Orders commence 14 days out from your event/order date depending on the items. Tables have planning, props secured with deposits and styling commenced, not to mention other potential orders are knocked back based on the size, quantity or times of any secured bookings.
All order changes/amendments and cancellations must be made in writing.
If a payment is found to not be received by the due date, one follow up will take place as this is time consuming. We expect that a customer should provide the same courtesy of cancelling their booking by a message, email or phone on an invoiced order to ensure that we understand they you have cancelled, and not just leave the invoice unpaid to result in follow ups and possible commencement of order baking.
