Have you considered a reverse brief to take the heat out of your event planning for 2025?

We know that as the year-end approaches, it’s time to get down to tactics—plotting out exactly what you need and when. A solid event scope is key to a successful event, leaving no surprises as you get closer to the big day.

Creating an effective event brief can take up valuable time, and it often depends on factors like:
*Event complexity: More detailed planning may be needed for larger, complex events.
*Available information: The more you know in advance, the quicker the process.
*Experience level: Seasoned planners may create briefs faster, while newer planners may require more time.
*Collaboration requirements: Getting input from multiple stakeholders can extend the timeline.
*Template usage: Using an established template can save time and keep the process organised.

With our reverse brief, you simply share your goals and key details, and we’ll create a tailored scope that keeps you organised and ensures your vision is on track. Of course we would love to help you organise your event too, we still have some capacity for 2025 event, but this may not be around for long!

Let us help streamline your event planning—start your reverse brief with Best Case Scenario today!

Reflecting on an Inspiring Discussion at the AIIA Roundtable 🌟

Luli Adeyemo had the privilege of joining an insightful roundtable discussion hosted by AIIA, featuring The Hon Jihad Dib MP. The conversation centered around the pivotal role of technology in driving societal change and addressing daily challenges faced by people in various situations, including domestic abuse. It was a powerful reminder of how integral technology is in ensuring no one is left behind in our efforts to build a better NSW.

A big thank you to AIIA NSW Council Chair Simon Cooper and AIIA General Manager of Policy Siew Lee Seow for your exceptional organisation and facilitation of the session. Your leadership brought together key voices and sparked crucial dialogues.

Gratitude also goes out to Mark Howard and Mark Lenzner for your valuable contributions. It was fantastic to reconnect with industry colleagues like Amanda Swan, Guy Simons, John Asquith and Andrew Stein, whose insights enrich our community.

Let’s continue to work together to harness technology for the good of all. Proud to be part of these meaningful conversations!
