An invitation for all you whiskey enthusiasts in Byron Bay. On the 24 April I will be hosting a whiskey degustation at Hummingbird bistro in Byron Bay, which is set to be unlike any whiskey tasting you’ve ever experienced before. Come and join us as I unveil 12 outstanding whiskeys and pair them with five sensational dishes from hummingbird MasterChef and owner Ash.
