Yes, I admit it!
From time to time, I'd Google Bizzaro Bridal Couture to ease the feeling of missing the place. I had marked it as temporarily closed. I wasn't ready to hit the"permanent" option just yet.
Reading through the reviews left by our lovely clients and looking through the photos made me feel better whenever I was feeling down.
Today, I realised that all that info has been erased from Google, and I felt a deep sense of loss.
I know it's weird!
I feel stupid that I didn't download or make copies for myself. I really wish I had the 360 video tour of the inside of the studio to look back on and the photos of the beautiful window displays we used to create. 😪
It's funny how something can trigger emotions you thought you finally had a handle on.
275 Homer St is now the location of someone else's business dreams, and that's okay ... but I can't help but miss the place. 💕

Can’t believe it’s already been a year since I closed the Bizzaro studio!
Some of you noticed the website went offline shortly after—since I'm no longer taking requests for couture wedding gowns it was a bit of a waste to have it still live.
With Indiink Co. in full swing, It has been hard finding time to refocus on what i wanted to do with Bizzaro, if anything at all! But I’ve been putting together some new Bizzaro products and services, which will launch in 2025.

Even though I’ve closed the studio and taken an indefinite hiatus/retired... from creating couture wedding gowns, I'm finding joy working on wrapping up those pre-closing bookings and projects. In a way, they make me feel that special bond to the era of Bizzaro Bridal that was.
Sure, I've missed being part of a brides journey and everything else that was "Bizzaro Bridal."
But, I also love that I am able to do different things now and still stay connected to my amazing Bizzaro family and friends (aka, all of you)😘😘😘

Creating Maria's dream gown in my beloved Earlwood studio was quite emotional for me. Knowing she would be one of the final brides I'd work with before closing the doors made the experience for me somewhat bittersweet.
When she shared photos with me from her wedding day earlier this year, I was reminded of just how much I miss hanging out with my brides and the huge portion of my life those magical times have been.
She was every bit the beautiful and stunning bride on her special day, and i am honoured that she chose to put her trust in me to bring her dream gown to life.

Yes, I'm still kicking, alive, and missing all of you immensely!
It's been a whopping 158 days since I bid farewell to the studio, and honestly, it still feels so surreal, I have this void in my heart from missing daily interactions with my lovely brides, and having fun with my much loved team, and calling it "work".
But now, I find myself pondering: What on earth do I share with you amazing people if I'm not in the studio creating gowns on the daily? 🤔
