We are very happy to announce that our delicious meals are back and our new menu is out!
Here are the steps of how to order with us :

- New menu every Friday
- Orders till Tuesday ( DM or WhatsApp link )
- Delivery to Sydney area ( every Sunday afternoon / Evening )
- Newcastle & Central Coast ( Pick up only _ Every Monday )

We will see you guys next Sunday & Monday 👩🏽‍🍳

Hey guys
Due to difficulties with our deliveries and how hard is finding delivery drivers that could pick up from our kitchen in Central Coast we’ve decided to pause our services till we improve our whole meals prep operation !

For now all I can say is thanks for supporting us this year, we delivered thousands of meals in the past months and I did love cooking my family recipes for you; it was a honor to be welcome into your lives and kitchen.

If you’re missing our food you are more than welcome to visit our coffee shop in central coast ( 26a Adelaide street - East Gosford ) we would love to see you there ❤️

Our RIO MEALS is going on a break till 4th September to better attend you !

A beautiful Brazilian combination 🇧🇷

Do you know that rice and beans is a typical Brazilian combination? Only Cuba 🇨🇺 has something similar in their cuisine called “ Moros y Cristianos “ and this typical dish is rich in flavours and nutrients!

This dish is a mix of cultures from Brazilian indigenous who always cooked beans stew and portuguese colonisation brought rice from Asia to Brazil.

Here in RIO MEALS we consider rice and beans COMFORT FOOD nurturing your body and your soul ❤️

MASSIVE ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️‼️‼️

Hey guys
We are very happy to announce that our kitchen will now have a new home and that you will also have the change to come and have a coffee and obviously delicious food with us at our new location !!

Due to the moving and all the maintenance and renovation we gotta do to have a efficient kitchen working perfectly to our team WE WILL BE CLOSED FOR FEW WEEKS!

But don’t be sad !!! Meanwhile you can come and say hi to us and enjoy this incredible venue that we are working to make it ready as soon as possible for you!!!
