This pretty babe for my mumma’s 60+1st surprise birthday!
Bottom tier: 3 layers of choc, white and caramel mud with dulce de leche and coffee buttercream filling.
Top tier: lemon cake with lemon curd, glazed lemon peel and lemon buttercream. Topped with white choc ganache drip and meringue.
The show stoppers were DEFINITELY the blooms, though!!
