Luke has been involved in the adventure and outdoor education industries for over 20 years and has seen the

benefits of successful team building programs within his own business. Beyond the Boardroom won "Best Business Tourism business SA 2014" and was a finalist in the 2016 | 2017 | 2018 | 2019 Fast Movers program. Beyond the Boardroom believes that a successful team building program needs to have three key elements; fun, purpose and challenge. Our main objective is to create super teams that deliver outstanding results. Last year, we hosted a Bike Brigade at Adelaide Oval and had the privilege of donating bikes to Prospect North Primary School School. The recent update from Russell Barwell, Deputy Principal, has truly warmed our hearts:

“I just wanted to send you a quick email to once again thank both you, your team and the Adelaide Oval staff for the donation of the bikes to our school last year.

We have just today finished running our first block of sessions of bike education for our Year 2 and Year 3-4 classes using the bikes that were donated. For your information, we had 144 students go through the program from 5 classes. All students used the bikes that were donated and for some of these students, it was the first time that they had ridden a two-wheel bike.

Thanks again”

🌙 8,497,200 extra study hours at night generated over the 3 years
💰 1,164 family wages saved for 16 weeks
🌱 Environmental impact: equal to 24,793 seedlings planted over 10 years
🌏 Reduced 1,490 tonnes of CO2 emissions

Exciting News! Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to host SolarBuddy.org events for Atlassian, ING, and Primo Foods, and the results were truly phenomenal! Thanks to their efforts, we were able to donate a total of 525 lights for children living in energy poverty. 🙌 But wait, the impact doesn't stop there! Let's break it down: 💡 525 lights = 2,625 lives impacted. That's 2,625 lives who now have access to safe, reliable light to study, play, and grow. 🌙 Over the next three years, these lights will generate a whopping 3,832,500 extra study hours at night. That's countless opportunities for these children to learn and thrive! 💰 By providing these lights, 525 family wages have been saved for 16 weeks. 🌱 Let's not forget about the environment! The environmental impact of these lights is equivalent to planting 11,182.5 seedlings over 10 years. 🌏 And the cherry on top: these lights have helped reduce a staggering 672 tonnes of CO2 emissions! We proudly hosted a COVID safe Amazing Race event for the 10th annual DonateLife week in Brisbane in July 21. 💗The teams set off to complete their challenges with loads of laughs as they raised awareness of organ and tissue donation and encouraging the locals to Ready.
