Prior to opening, we conducted a number of surveys in order to understand our perspective customers and better serve their needs. One of the most startling results, was the customer's perception about buying flowers at the hospital was they were expensive and no good. We made it our goal, to change this mindset, by providing people visiting the hospital beautiful fresh flowers at reasonable prices
!! We also set out to make the whole flower buying experience, pleasant, easy and special!! After having called or visited we wanted every client to feel like they would consider giving flowers again next time. It wasn't long before this philosophy began to have a positive effect. More and more of our beautiful fresh buds were being sold to not only people visiting loved ones, but hospital staff and visiting physicians began buying on a weekly basis more than ever before!! We have a team of highly skilled florists, who are a creative bunch!! (Pardon the pun) Artists in their own right, keen to share their floral creations with you. Whether you prefer traditional or, for the more contemporary, something very specific and unique, we will create it for you, no matter what - there is something for everyone!! Owner's Robert and Davide Giansante, also currently own and operate a flower farm located in Sydney's south west, as well as a wholesale fresh flower business from the Sydney Flower Market, which is where we get all of the beautiful fresh blooms daily that are sold in our shop. Between them, they have served the industry for more than 40 years, in which time they have had the opportunity to experience every facet of this flourishing industry (grower, importer, wholesaler and retailer). Every level of the food chain has been explored, developed and is utilised, on a daily basis in order to provide our customers with the optimum flower experience!!
