We LOVE Making fresh Lebanese foods for a function. The colours , the tastes, the atmosphere.....
The best part, is when there is a tiny bit of leftovers, and we get to nibble.
OK maybe the best part, is watching it get delivered. And the clients eyes light up!!

WE ARE BACK... YAY!!!

WE have made a few changes, and we have been sourcing out vegetables from our local farms. We want to support our locals. So everything we make is made fresh.

Sorry we haven't been making foods lately, as we have had things come up. Busy busy lives.

So from now on if anyone would like something in particular for a particular week or weekend. Just send me a message a week in advance and I'll freshly make your meals.

Hey everyone,

I hope everyone had a great Xmas and new year. We did a catering job this weekend past and so we now have some bags of frozen foods we would like to sell, to make our freezer empty for a fresh new start this year.

We have :

3 x bags of meat pizza (12 pieces)
2 x bags of falafel ( 12 pieces)
3 x bags of kibbeh (meat and pinenuts, 12 pieces)
3 x bags of Sambousik ( meat and pinenuts, 12 pieces)
5 x bags of flat falafel, and you can make your own ( which makes about 12)
2 x bags of lamb skewers ( 12 sticks)

This is one of my favourites. I could eat Sambousik all week long. The flavour is just amazing. And light. Store in the freezer and then fry when u want to have a snack. Or a meal with salad.
