Mexican style ceviche of kingfish is a really great light but flavourful way to start a 3 course menu.
Everything is important to Passion ate the Chef, wvery ingredient must be balanced and not over ride the main entity, even the piece of crockery used must make sense like this handmade Japanese piece that reminds me of the ocean.

The menu for this week is:

1] Pan fried cauliflower Cous Cous salad, chicken breast, hazelnuts {GF}

2] Pulled braised lamb shanks, rosemary, vegetables {GF}

3] Stir fried Char Sui Pork and vegetables {GF}

We are also expanding to sell some of our unique products, starting with this oil and vinegar set.

Razorback virgin olive oil and our own balsamic reduction with cardamom and cinnamon.
