Have you ever heard of the Hume + Hovell Walking Track?
it stretches 400 kms between Yass and Alabany and retraces the route followed by the explorer Hamilton Hume + William Hovell two of Australia's resourceful explorers.
The Tumut Suspension Bridge is part of this heritage and history. It was also constructed in 7 days!

The Bar In The Hall.
We have two bars as part of Talbingo Lodge, one in the pub and one in the hall. The additional hall in the bar can be set up for your guests to enjoy and be served as they party the night away.
Plus we have the best bar staff team!

We loved the beautiful color of Angie + Will's bridesmaid dresses!
The day ran like clockwork and the bridal party loved how close the accommodation was for last-minute touch-ups and outfit changes.

We have given it a vintage-style backdrop a lick of paint, draped beautiful festoon lights, and polished the cutlery.
Our first wedding is just 10 days away, and we're thrilled to be hosting the couple and their 130 guests.

Welcome to the stunning view of Landers Creek Falls!
In winter, the trek spans around 6km in and 6km back. We allocated a few hours to savor the scenery and even took a refreshing dip in the ice-cold stream (well one of us did). 🥶 The breathtaking view was absolutely worth both the walk and the "oh oh" moment of our van getting stuck in some mud... which probably could have been avoided. 😜
While we've witnessed our fair share of waterfalls, nothing quite compares to the stunning falls on the right (image coming soon) and the captivating vista on the left.
For those with kids, I'd recommend against the long version. It's quite a hike, and you wouldn't want any complaints spoiling the tranquility. Instead, plan your visit during the dry summer months when the gates are open, allowing you to drive just 1km in to enjoy the view.

The Yarrangobilly caves are a 30-40 minute drive from Talbingo and it's the perfect group adventure.
The caves are incredible and so well organised. explore the perfectly lit tunnels followed by a serene river walk to the thermal pools. You can have lunch with the kangaroos too!
Our group unanimously fell in love with this incredible location. From scenic walks to thrilling adventures, it's a digital detox in the lap of nature.
Don't forget the NSW National Park entrance fee—it's worth every cent! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions
