Aww, are these not just divine ?! Picture credit to . Time in fact to give lots of credit and share the love for local 🌸 grower - . This beautiful Geraldton Wax grows here on Posie Farm. Posie Farm is taking a slower turn for this and coming seasons. Lovely friend, Ash, from Cecil and Ash, also grows close by and has been doing some harvesting of our natives & getting them delivered onto the workbenches of many a local florist through Albury / Wodonga. 🩷

Soon it will be spring 🤩. But first we need to get winter finished . It’s a great day for burning off today. These compost bays were an absolute golden idea - until they were not ! 😆
That’s farming , yes ?
The lesson learnt here is that while it might be convenient to have your compost bays super close at hand - they also do attract mice - which attract 🐍. Much too close to the blooms and my feet and hands for comfort !

Flowers for Christmas 🎄. This year Xmas day being Monday , means we will do our last Posie Jar delivery day on Saturday morning the 23rd.
Taking orders now - large Posie jar orders only ( our Posie jar large size is as pictured) $55 includes delivery.
Made up super fresh , all grown here on our farm. Your flowers may be a little different to what’s pictured- but they overall effect will be similar. Will definitely have our beautiful spinning gum for that fresh eucalyptus scent ❤️.
Are you traditional ? We can arrange yours with all foliage with white only flower accents - up to you .

Lillie’s. The thing about harvesting lillies is that it’s a bit like all those memes you see about avocado’s. Checking twice a day , not ready , not ready - and then - oops you blink - and they are ‘over ripe ‘ or as we say about Lillie’s - ‘blown open ‘ ! Brad helped me pick a whole heap tonight to store safely in the cool room 💕 Our Lillie’s have been absolutely incredible this season. I’ve never seen Lillie’s so tall ( much taller than me ! ) and with such amazing flowers.

This weeks Friday Posie Jars - just a little example of what’s flowering in season on our farm right now 💗
There are a couple of Bunny Tails in here - we have harvested them all this week - sooo many ! A bit like the actual rabbit explosion we seem to have on our farm right now 🙈🐰 - The baby bunnies do look kind of cute on the lawns though in the late afternoon 😅 ( Posie Farm has a rabbit proof fence - thankfully ).
