The Duo Histoire has forged a reputation as one of Australia's most unique and engaging chamber duos. This classical guitar and saxophone mix features award-winning musicians Nick Russoniello and Murilo Tanouye, both accomplished soloists in their own right. The duo's broad repertoire takes audiences from the tango halls of Argentina to the streets of São Paulo, the salons of Paris and the laneways of Sydney.

This collaboration has performed for musical festivals across the country and has recently appeared for Sydney Festival, Musica Viva, City Recital Hall and Australian Digital Concert Hall. Brimming with virtuosity, authenticity and lyricism the Duo’s debut album Autumn/Winter can regularly be heard in ABC Classic FM.
