We are Wednesday ready!!! Rice paper rolls, salads, lunch boxes, wood fire sourdough and almond croisssnts from Goldfish Bowl…today is the day to come and join us on Bridge Street for lunch.

Pre-order is recommended…calls outside of 12-1pm would also be recommended.

Friday should be banh mi day! We’ve increased the baking for today and so there are plenty of banh mi for everyone.

We currently sell
- traditional pork
- slow cooked Asian braised pork
- crispy skin chicken
- lemon grass chicken
- shiitake mushroom & tofu

Wednesday is bread day at Miss JuJu’s. Thank you for always being reliable and baking the best sourdough (according to my kids).

I thought I’d add a few photos of the items I baked this morning. Banh mi baked fresh every day and our bao’s always steaming. Come see us at 174 Bridge Street for a fresh carb hit! …sorry gluten free customers, but you can always come over for our rice paper rolls and salads !

At Miss Ju Ju’s we do things differently…bacon and eggs is no different. Have you tried bacon & eggs in a bao bun (the bao re-designed by Garron, to fit in more bacon) ? You love us for our lunch menu. What if we told you, you can also love us for our desserts?? We make our desserts in house. We have Nutella donuts, custard fruit tarts, lemon meringue tarts, crème brûlée tarts as well …I won’t forget to mention our very popular Portuguese tarts. You can pre-order the desserts (we’d love to box them up for you). They can be the perfect gift for that someone who doesn’t need anything but has a sweet tooth….even more perfect when you want to reward your work team for being awesome.

You all know at Miss JuJu’s we’ve got your lunch covered. When it comes to salads, banh mi, rice paper rolls, bao buns..you don’t need to go anywhere else.
We’ve decided to keep the kitchen busy (including Eli & Garron), so we are now going to (re) introduce our breakfast items. We’ve got bacon and egg rolls and also our bacon & egg bao buns are back! The boys will be on the grill, do tell them if it’s bbq, tomato, hollandaise or Garron’s home made tomato relish you’d like on it…but my suggestion would be Maggi sauce on your bacon and eggs (if you know you know).
Breakfast is available from 7-10:30am.
Lunchtime will start from 10:30-2:30pm.
For all the coffee lovers, coffee will always be available when our doors open. And you all know our beans are locally roasted here in Tamworth by .

5 years ago today we started our journey over here on Bridge Street. Whilst we are constantly challenged with setbacks, we celebrate all that we have achieved.

We are so thankful to the Tamworth community for embracing us. We all hope that you continue to support us, because from the bottom of our hearts we truely love what we do and we strive every day, to do better, to be better….and we still have a long way to go.

So this post is to mark 5 years of doing what we love. Stay tuned for some new things, and the return of some old favourites.

Facebook is asking ‘what’s on my mind’. I can tell you that Crispy Chicken banh mi is what’s on my mind!!! We’ve introduced it back into our menu, we haven’t even had the chance to put out a post. We sold out today, however tomorrow is a new day. So for anyone who hasn’t tried our banh mi, make tomorrow the day and make it crispy chicken. You won’t be disappointed!

We are currently NOT open on Saturdays (and Sundays). We are planning on doing so…hopefully soon. Even though we don’t open on weekends, we did have a busy JuJu weekend. If you don’t believe me…take a look at what a weekend for Miss JuJu looks like.

(And yes I’m aware my social media skills are not by any means up to scratch…just know my skills don’t leave the kitchen).

Just wanted to say a huge (HUGE) thank you to everyone who made the trip across the bridge to come and see us this week. Garron and I truely did not know what to expect. There were a lot of phone calls we couldn’t answer and today we even had to close our Marius Street shop, just so we could have an extra pair of hands (sorry Marius street customers) .

With all the challenges we face, we endeavour to always get better and be better.

This is a post to say thank you to my amazing staff who works so (so) hard and to thank all our customers (we do this for you), for coming to see us.

Right now I’m letting you know I’ll be by the fire with reading material and my house work behind me (literally behind me)..and my tired feet up.

See you next week …where we will be doing it all again.
