FLASHBACK FRIDAY! Invite an Olympian to training 2020 version with @kirstyleighbrownoly In 2020, when we had to take our training online, we ran a 2 week program of inviting an Olympian to join our session. We were so lucky to benefit from the experiences of each gymnast, and have them put us through our paces. It was a very tough time made very special by wonderful Olympians like Kirsty Leigh-Brown. We will be sharing these amazing sessions each day over the Olympics, in a tribute to these amazing athletes! #imtgccantstopme #tamworthgymnasticsclub #olympics #olympian #allezaus
