🍯 Consume the breakfast of champions so we are fuelled up and ready to face our mission.

🔎 Double check over ALL of the details and florals prepared the day before to ensure they’re fully hydrated, pristine and ready for their day in the sun.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥷 Pack the delivery vehicle with ninja like precision.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🚐 Drive like first time parents leaving the hospital with their newborn to your specified locations to deliver personal flowers like bouquets and buttonholes.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🕙 We aim to arrive before your photographer and make sure you’re happy, comfortable holding your bouquet and do a final press any silk ribbons before leaving to set up at your venue and collab with other vendors.

NOTE: every wedding is different, sometimes this has been done in advance.

💒 Bumping in at your venue means that we put our meticulous plan into action, set up structures, anchor everything down, create floral magic and disappear into the background before your guests arrive. We stay to be absolutely sure that your floral dreams come true and fight off any possible problems using our trusty toolkit of wonder.

🎉 After your ceremony we relocate/repurpose flowers for your reception, light candles, pack down ceremony and clean.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🕛 Once you’ve danced the night away, we return for a late night or early morning bump out depending on the policy of your venue.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🧹 Back at the studio we clean, compost green waste, remove wax, scrub buckets and pack away.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🛋️ Then, it’s time to put our feet up and look back at all the photos we snapped throughout your magical day.

A U S T R A L I A Her wildflowers beautifully reflect the life we are fortunate enough to live here. Take the dainty flannel flower, although they endure harsh conditions, grow in sandstone cliffs and sandy soil, they thrive and remain soft, gentle, dainty and dance like nobody’s watching. No matter our background or where we find ourselves, we have every opportunity to flourish and thrive in our great southern land 🤍 Monique and Nathan’s wedding at MansfIeld on the Manning was a celebration Australian wildflowers et al. Monique had spent time working with her Auntie Francie to create a beautiful native garden at her Auntie’s property in Tamworth, and asked if we could include flowers from their garden in her wedding florals, as a nod to the special time they had spent together. In true Aussie style, a massive storm wiped out the blooms that had been earmarked for the day. But all was not lost, we sourced exquisite wildflowers from local growers including to create a grounded ceremony feature that gently embraced the bridal party, bouquets, boutonnières and vase arrangements for the reception. On the wedding day, Auntie Francie was on hand and busy in the garden at MansfIeld on the Manning, gathering, arranging and crafting beauty everywhere she went. You can’t keep a good woman down. Maybe she should be called Auntie Francie Flannel Flower?

I was so surprised the first time I learned how many stems go into a wedding bouquet.

When I was first starting out, I didn’t realise how much time + energy went into planning ingredients and sourcing just the right combination of textures and tones.

The late nights babysitting the blooms.

The early mornings getting everything prepped and organised for that day’s wedding.

Floristry is one of those ‘there’s more than meets the eye’ industries.

Cause we’re dealing with fresh flowers, everything needs to be done at the last minute to ensure it all looks perfect for photos.

And we practice and research for hours on how to make it look easy + effortless.

But in the end, it takes years to master this craft – I’m just 5 years into this work and I’m still so obsessed with learning new mechanics and talking to growers about what sorts of magic they have planned for next session. ✨

There’s always something new to look forward to.

And when we put together a wedding bouquet, I want it to feature the best of that season and ensure it truly captures the magic of the day for our clients.

In the end, no two wedding bouquets are exactly the same. And, in my opinion, weddings deserve special attention and less cookie cutter designs.

Which is what makes this experience so fun for me.

Typically, our wedding bouquets include between 35-40 stems.

Even if you’re creating a bouquet from just roses, that means you get to carry 3 dozen roses in your hand at once. So fun right? 🎉

This is part of the reason wedding are so magical – just the sheer number of flowers helps create that wow impression for the big day.

A MUST READ 👉🏻 Couples are getting organised for their 2025/26 weddings, so I thought I’d answer the most common question I get asked right here in your Insta feed. Q: Can we repurpose our ceremony flowers at our reception?

A: Yes, you absolutely can ... but keep reading.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you’re dreaming of repurposing an abundant floral arbour installation with draped fabric and unicorns, you can’t just pick that bad boy up and place it on your bridal table. You would need to ensure your designer or designated flower crew are onsite with a plan to discretely move and redesign your flowers in the time frame between the ceremony and reception. It can be done, but the logistics and expense need to be considered, especially if you’re paying your designer or flower crew by the hour (NOTE you don’t want to ask a guest to do this, it’s sweaty and messy work) .
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Speak to your designer early on about your plan to repurpose, so they can suggest varieties of flowers and foliage that can withstand our Australian weather and look beautiful for the duration.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
MY TOP TIP is to create a ceremony floral feature using a collection of urn or vase arrangements. This will create a breathtaking and intimate feature with a sense of depth and dimension, will ensure your flowers and foliage have a source of fresh water, and can be moved to your reception for their 2nd life at the party.

OTHER REPURPOSING OPTIONS

🤍 Ask your designer to create a flower wrapping station so guests can take home blooms at the end of the night, once your arbour has been packed down.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤍 Gift your flowers to local hospital or aged care facility.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤍 Have your flowers and foliage dried to style your home.
