Booking Conditions;
A deposit of 50% is required upon booking a party and if the party is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the party then this deposit is not refundable. Families arrive 15 minutes early to meet with host (not needed for DIY with host Package)
Families do not open presents during the party due to the disruption it can cause to the party
Families vacate venue 15 minutes after party finishes so that host can clean
Special dietary requirements can be catered for with pricing upon request
Kids under 1y.o not included in children count, but more then welcome
