I start back on January 24th.
Meanwhile I am spending lots of time writing ceremonies for my beautiful couples, updating my website, exploring marketing opportunities and working on a funeral celebrants course.

Sue and Andrew have been together for 20 years and engaged for 16. They decided it was time to make it official in a very intimate ceremony at home with their closest family and their 2 teenage sons as ring bearers. This stunning couple met 11 years ago in a Northern Suburbs Restaurant kitchen where Kat was working through Uni as a waitress and Hec, from The UK, landed after spending 3 months in Asia on vacation.
There was plenty of flirting going on in that kitchen which blossomed in to a beautiful relationship withstanding long distance, navigating Australian immigration laws and Hec going back to Uni for 4 years.

The love they have for each other is unmatched and some of their family and friends travelled 1000’s of miles to share in this gorgeous celebration. 💖

It was a sliding doors moment for this gorgeous couple who came from opposite sides of the world and happened to meet in South America.

What followed was the most amazing long distance relationship I have ever heard about, with English Beth based in New York for work and Theo being an Aussie. They met every 3 months in some of the most exotic locations on the planet until Beth relocated down under.

With a shared love of adventure and particularly diving, the epic proposal took place 25metres under the water on a scuba diving trip!

The Aussie sun turned it on for the wedding day with 37degree heat, but it was absolutely gorgeous, intimate and so much fun.💖

This gorgeous couple travelled up from Melbourne to be married on the gorgeous Sapphire Coast. Their first date was back in 2016 when they swiped right into each other’s lives. Since then they have been on some amazing adventures, bought a house and created a family with their fur baby Royce and their cute as a button little boy, Henry. A super fun and upbeat ceremony with absolutely lovely family and friends surrounding them.🌸

Jade and Aaron met through cycling and I’m not talking about a leisurely Bike ride on a Sunday. I’m talking about elite athlete competition cycling! An absolutely beautiful couple who shared their first kiss after a cycle up Mt Keira and Jade said yes after a cycle through the Booderee National Park. I had the absolute joy of being there Celebrant and MC.💖

And that’s a wrap for me for 2024. What an absolutely amazing year it has been! I have just driven home from my last wedding this year in Sydney, so pardon my wrinkled dress. lol.
