Sometimes you just have to work with what you have
and pray it works… in this case it worked perfectly!

Backstory: Traveled all the way home to Coonamble for my aunty’s surprise 50th and forgot some of my icing ingredients so I whipped up a new recipe and hoped for the best. Turned out pretty good and the cake was 👌

Mother’s Day is fast approaching 🌷💐

This year I have decided to create a breakfast/brunch box to share. These boxes will be pre order only with a deposit required to secure your box. Pre orders will be open from now until the 1st of may.

Each breakfast/ brunch box will contain the following:
*Fresh baked scones with jam and cream
*A selection of fresh fruit
*Ham and cheese croissants
*Raspberry and white chocolate muffins
*Fresh baked banana bread

Breakfast/ brunch boxes will come in 2 sizes
2-4 people $70
6-8 people $100

Collection will be available from late Saturday 13th until Sunday 14th until 10am(if you require a later time to collect please mention it in your message as I will endeavour to work with you)

(Not the best photos) Little rustic naked cake for my nephews first birthday. Cake and buttercream were completely dairy free for this little dude and apart from very soft buttercream you couldn’t even tell the difference!!

Happy New Year to all of my lovely customers.

In 2023 I’m changing things up a little, I have decided to add personalised cake toppers to my small business, while I begin to navigate and gain more experience in creating cake toppers I will be starting off with basic happy birthday and the chosen name or chosen name is what ever age. These will be available in a range of colours and fonts, as well as on acrylic plaques. I have attached an example of the different types I have created. I will have some basic Happy Birthday ones on hand also.

Please pm me to order- I will need 1 weeks notice minimum to create toppers.

I look forward to creating all your amazing cakes and other delicious food in 2023.
