Love me some creative lamb, with sour cream pea puree, buttered carrots, roasted mushrooms, deep fried potato jacketz, and lamb riced potatoes. I sous vide the lamb for 3 hours in butter and garlic, then a HoT fast sear, use the buttery juices from the lamb for the mash. Hectic 🙏🤟
