I Went to Shaw & Co the other evening, and I must say I'm really glad to have a Real steakhouse in Townsville 🙏 the best sear ever on my and they had a to die for, omg, I just made some and it's just like sauce p**n for your steak.

Get out and see the guys for some great deals on whole, and half I like to trim them down, render the fat, smoke it whole,cut into desired steaks, cryovac and freeze for sous vide reheating, then blast them innthatbsame fat, just amazing.
