I’ll give you a little info. We are situated in Palmer St.
XO It has a dry bar so you can bring your own drinks & you’re most welcome to use the kitchen if you want to self cater or bring in a catering company. It has a large inside area and a beautiful balcony area which overlooks the river. XO is fully air-conditioned and has fans . I’ll send a few pictures so you have an idea.
If you would like to come and have a look at the space ,please call at any stage so you can plan your party. Our hire price is $660 incl gst key pick up is 11:00 am to the next day key drop off 10:30 am. Sundays are $290 for a 5 hour package.
