Super excited that I'll be starting the edit for Christina & Boyd, in hopefully the next few days. Unfortunately, I've had quite the bad week.

I was hesitant to post anything personal on my business page but wanted to be transparent to my clients.

Just over a week ago I had my wisdoms out and took some days off. Unfortunately - unrelated to the surgery, I started to become very unwell, with very severe abdominal pain and spent some time in ER. I've undergone most of the tests and scans and happy to be home now. I'll continue working with doctors on a few things over the next couple months and follow the bouncing ball but otherwise feeling pain free and so happy to be feeling better. I'm grateful for my wonderful family this past week x.

I'm running behind in my schedule, it doesn't take much to throw things off track, but I wanted to apologise for the wait times.

I thought I was taking the week off while I heal from the good old wisdom teeth surgery on Monday, but I was feeling half decent yesterday, so I jumped back into my editing! I'm loving this edit for Sarah & Roman, these two love birds are just two peas in a pod 🥰🥰

Life is a journey of discovery, and it's okay not to have all the answers right away. My own path was a winding one; I excelled in high school and started university with a focus on Medical Laboratory Science, only to drop out. I realized it wasn't my calling and shifted to sales, where I achieved remarkable success; ranking #2 in the world HOF Diamond sales winning some free diamonds I wear every day, I also won a car when I was only 17 working in sales. I went on to sell houses, cars, and solar, always maintaining my morals & integrity.

Despite this, I continued to search for my passion, dabbling in a DPF 2 in Financial Planning where I too, did not belong, but again I learnt about the stock market, and superannuation profiles.

Balancing work full time, I was hesitant to yet again sign up to University (another HEX DEBT ew!) this time juggling a family, and it was very challenging. But wow, I got to learn how to edit video, storytelling, short film, animation, graphic design, how to code, website design, app user face design and business communications. These things are me, in a nutshell, even if i'm not perfect at it.

My adventure taught me that it's never too late to pursue your dreams, and a GPA of 5.5 was a very grateful cherry on top!

What to take from this, it's not about the destination, but the lessons and experiences along the way. No, really, it's cliche but I mean it. Don't ever look at trying to get to the pin drop on the map of your dreams. Live in the moments, have a clear goal in mind, and the pin drop will come to you! xo
