Introducing our exclusive Sweet & Sour Pineapple Chicken Penang Curry. 🍛

This is a rich, hot spicy coconut curry with local pineapples and capsicum, served with steamed rice.

The pineapples used in this dish come direct from the banks of Cystal Creek, Accorsini Pineapple Farm located in Mutarnee QLD. Only 52 minutes from Mercure Townsville, this small piece of paradise, is a must-visit for any travellers. Close by is the stunning Paluma Range National Park, full of rich, lush rainforests and cascading waterfalls. 🍍

The capsicums are from Rocky Ponds Produce, located in Gumlu QLD, an hour and a half south of Townsville. Rocky Ponds Produce is entirely family-owned and operated, with Des and Paula Chapman spending over 40 years in the industry. 🫑

Crafted by our talented chefs, in collaboration with local suppliers, this unique dish will be exclusively available at Mercure Townsville for 1000 hours, from November 1st until December 13th.
