Just Some technical jargon. This is a common problem with metal objects. It is oxidisation corrosion that occurs on metal surfaces when iron reacts with oxygen and water. Or Rust in the metal workers hand book its describes as shes F###xd or in german FUBAR. So cut it off weld in some new steel treat with paint and Shel be good as a bought 1. These are all very technical terms found in engineering manuals.

I am going to volunteer at some events in Townsville in December. I'm making some equipment to make it more efficient. I have not used this type of bending Jig since I worked in a pasta production plant. The Jig was designed by a fitter "Kevin Jones" It was to help in the manufacture and repair of Lasagne Trays. Kevin was an incredible fitter with a large range of experience, incredibly confident and at the same time humble. His mother was an extreme left-wing activist and left him alone a lot on an Aboriginal mission where he was raised by an Aboriginal family. I was lucky to have learned so much from him. Notice again the fireball squares.

Standard Tandem axel springs for 3500kg. With this unit, i'm going to use Sumo Springs (airbags without air) made in the USA. I haven't heard of anyone using them in Australia but the company has good reviews so I'll be the tester for Townsville. Im hoping they will limit unnecessary vibration. Next, I am fitting the Red foot hydraulic lifting and levelling system. There is nothing more fatiguing for your employees than standing on an angle all day. I have again used the electrical Jack as I did for the last build. As far as I can see it is working well and takes the work out of hitching and unhitching. If anyone wants information on the various products leave a comment. I'll share photos of the installed parts.
