I love this photo for so many reasons! One of the main reasons is that, unlike the usual tradition where I’m waiting with the groom and groomsmen for the bride to arrive, this couple chose to walk into their ceremony together, followed by their bridal party. I truly admire how they embraced their own vision, creating a wedding that was uniquely theirs. It was such a beautiful and symbolic moment as they stepped into marriage together, leaving together as well. A special shoutout to Stephanie Lee Videography for capturing and sharing this magical moment with me!

I hear this line all the time as a celebrant…” Today I get to marry my best friend”. Well yesterday I did actually get to marry my bestie Mel and her beau Simon. In 7 years I have never once lost my composure or cried at a wedding… and I’ll state that no I didn’t cry but my voice did crackle a little and I did have to take a breath! It was close! Then I saw a tiny tear in Mel’s eye and it nearly broke me lol 😂 but we made it happen. A wedding that was planned in 24hours… booked the flights… grabbed a dress of the Curvella rack for Mel and I wrote their script on the plane! Plus I just happen to find my husband at Sydney airport! Sometimes the most spontaneous things happen in a flash but the memories of moments like this stay with you for a lifetime.

Hi, just a quick update as I’m receiving LOTS if lovely enquires atm….

I’m still exclusively working with Hey Presto Micro Weddings & Elopements or Orpheus Island and with my pre-booked 2024 clients. My website is no longer active…yes this is intentional.

So if you looking to book me for your upcoming wedding then please do so using the above channels. Im now a package deal only 😝 I’m not opening any more dates for 2025.

BIG Announcement time!! So it been an amazing 7 years being a celebrant and I have married over 500 couples and then I gave up counting lol. It’s not good bye but it’s time I moved on. I’m sad to say goodbye but I’m equally excited to announce that I have began a new adventure and have teamed up with some amazing vendors to create a new business . Specifically designed for couples looking for a or elopements here in Townsville.

My Orpheus weddings will continue as long as they will have me so nothing changes there.

So it’s time I move on… I’m excited for the future.

Thank you to all the wonderful couples who gave me the honor of being part of your special day and then your baby naming ceremonies. They remain in my heart ❤️

My 1st opportunity to conduct a ceremony at The Farm and it was beautiful.

Congratulations to Keli and Michael who asked me to marry them in Anderson Gardens yesterday. They wanted a fun short and sweet wedding and that's exactly what we did so they could hop off in a hummer limo and party on into the night with their friends and family :-) Ceremony decorated by the beautiful Sarah @dreamsceneevents, photographer is very talented Lyndley from @desirephotography, and @Hummer Events.

Thursday wedding in Palmetum. The weather was kind, despite the downpour.

Yesterday's wedding was just beautiful, not a dry eye around. The best part was when this groom first saw his beautiful daughter and future wife walking towards him. I have now officially couple named them Shannon! Congratulations Shane and Rhiannon. Lots of giggles special moments in your ceremony yesterday.
