Homemade Oat milk! So easy to make. 2/3 cup organic rolled oats 2 tbs maple syrup or honey 2 tbs oil (I use rice bran) A pinch of salt 3 cups cold water (colder the better) Blend all together till properly emulsified. Sieve through a fine sieve or cheese cloth. The residue can be used in pancakes or other savoury dishes. Pour into bottles and enjoy in your tea or milkshakes or just plain it’s just yummy! Note: you can avoid maple syrup if you don’t want a sweetener but I love the taste maple syrup lends to the oat milk.
