Last saturday saw us head back to Hillview Farmstay for another beautiful, intimate wedding.
Catering for 64 guests, in the warm November sun, surrounded by picturesque farm scenery.

Guests enjoyed roaming canapés of;
▪️Caramelised onion, fig & feta tartlets
▪️Chicken, cranberry & brie puffs
▪️Beef & potato croquettes w/ smoky wood sauce
▪️Peppered beef & blue cheese croute w/ candied walnuts
▪️Crispy coconut panko prawns w/ chilli, lime aioli
▪️Smoked salmon & goats cheese bilini w/ dill & lemon

Followed by a shared feast main of;
▪️Slow cooked lamb shoulder w/ pea & mint puree
▪️Seared salmon w/ wild rice, watercress & lemon dressing
▪️Chicken & crispy noodle salad
▪️Roasted duck fat vegetables w/ rosemary salt
▪️Spicy chorizo potato salad

This year we were lucky enough to be asked to cater for the Gundagai High School Year 12 formal again.

Guests enjoyed roaming canapés;
🔹Beef & potato croquettes w/ smoky wood sauce
🔸Tomato, basil & mozzarella tartlets
🔹Sesame prawn toast w/ spicy chorizo
🔸Sticky pork belly bites w/ apple sauce

As well as an alternate drop main;
🔹Slow cooked lamb shoulder w/ twice cooked kipfler potatoes and pea, mint & feta salad
🔸Crispy pork belly w/ mustard mash, greens & apple, quince sauce

With wedding season in full swing, here are some snaps from our first wedding of the weekend.

On Friday we headed out to Brungle, surrounded by beautiful scenery and perfect weather we helped celebrate the marriage of a lovely couple!

Guests enjoyed grazing boards, canapés, a feasting style menu…. And maybe a sweet treat or two.

On Friday I had the absolute pleasure of catering for the wedding of some of my closest friends.
How special!

Guests enjoyed canape hour on a beautiful, warm spring afternoon, before sitting down to a feasting style main.

Oh… and then the dessert bar opened 🤤
