Guests enjoyed canape hour on a beautiful, warm spring afternoon, before sitting down to a feasting style main.

Over the weekend I celebrated & partied with some of my closest friends… I also had the privilege of catering for their special event.

On Saturday we were lucky enough to cater for a lovely couple, celebrating their marriage. With a gorgeous location, we made the food to fit while they celebrated with their family and friends.
Then we headed off to cook up a storm for a group of ladies that were having a well deserved ‘girls night in’.

This weekend we put together two amazing spreads which were enjoyed among great friends and family.
Grazing tables are such a fun, relaxed way to enjoy delicious food at your events. They are also the perfect party centrepiece, just look at them!

Last night we had the pleasure of catering for the guests at The Land, Sydney Royal AgShows NSW Young Women Final in Adelong hosted by the lovely girls at Adelong Show.
Guests enjoyed a sit down entree and main of:
🔸Beef & potato croquettes w/ smoky wood sauce
▪️Pumpkin & parmesan arancini w/ romesco sauce
🔸Baked chicken supreme w/ pearl couscous & roasted vegetable salad
▪️Lamb shoulder w/ twice cooked kipfler potatoes & pea, mint & feta salad

Saturday saw us head to Hillview Farmstay for a beautiful, intimate wedding. We catered for 35 lovely guests, while enjoying the picturesque scenery.
Guests enjoyed canapés of:
▪️Tomato, basil & mozzarella tartlets
▪️Spiced pork bonbons w/ garlic & herb aioli
▪️Sweet & spicy chicken skewers
▪️3 cheese arancini w/ spicy tomato salsa
▪️Spicy chorizo & prawn toasts
▪️Exotic mushrooms arancini w garlic aioli
And a shared feast main of:
▪️Pork belly w/ apple sauce & red wine jus
▪️Butterflied roast chicken w/ traditional roast chicken gravy
▪️Beef w/ chimichurri sauce
▪️Roasted duck fat vegetables w/ rosemary salt
▪️3 cheese & bacon potato bake
▪️Chicken & crispy noodle salad

Just a few photos of what was on offer. On Saturday we put together a feast for a 60th birthday party at Gilmore. Before venturing out to Tarcutta on Sunday for my little nephews Naming Day, where the guests enjoyed a delicious sweet & savoury grazing table.
