This feedback means so much to me.

After a service I sit and reflect on how I did, where I can improve and what I can do differently next time.
I am so happy I delivered a service that the family are happy with and others at the funeral had positive feedback too.

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.

What traditions will you follow? Or did you follow on your wedding day ?

This is a picture of something old that I had the privilege of holding onto around my arm on my wedding day. A silk horseshoe that was hand made for my Nana when she was married in 1950.

The horseshoe motif has simply symbolised luck, so gifting the bride & groom one is seen to be a way of bringing them good luck and fortune for the duration of their lives together.
