I can remember exactly where I was when I received a call from the brilliant and abundantly talented Simon Griffiths @simong9 … he was wanting to arrange a tone to shoot for a favourite of mine… Better Hones and Gardens Magazine!!
My Mum had a healthy subscription to Better Hones and Gardens Magazine, so it was no surprising that we entertained Simon on the weekend of Mother’s Day … ( including Mother’s Day!!!)

such a gracious representation in one of Australia’s longest standing and much loved Magazines… inspiration for the home ( and belly!) and for me something that still today brings me comfort.
