Unpopular opinion alert…. Opps I’m getting really good at these 😂
We go to market, a minimum, of 3 days per week.
We source the freshest blooms we can buy.
We do everything in our power to bring you the best of the best.
So when we hear things like “flowers don’t last”, “flowers just die” “roses only last like two days”…. I legit want to slap someone. 🤣
Side note - Can we make it a thing to not insult shop owners in their own stores? #thinkbeforeyouspeak
Majority of flowers, if brought fresh, will last 7+ days with the correct AFTERCARE.
Aftercare has NOTHING to do with the flowers your florist has purchased and everything to do with what you do with them at home.
How far you want to take your aftercare will determine how long your flowers last 🙌🏼
Aftercare involves…
🌸 Cutting flower stems daily, on an angle with clean snips
🌼 Washing your vase with hot soapy water and filling with cold fresh water daily
🌻 Keeping them in a cool place - not near heater vents or under air conditioning
🌺 Out of direct sunlight
🪷Getting them home as quickly as possible and trimming stems before putting them back into water. Think of your flowers like pulling a goldfish out of water, every minute they are out, they are struggling to breath.
🌹Remove all wrapping - they gotta breathe and get air circulation
🌷 Arrangements in pots - top up daily!
💐 Remove spent blooms from your bunch
🌾 Keep away from fruit - ripe fruits will make your flowers bloom quicker.
🌿 Like us, all flowers do need different care and conditions so if you’re not sure - Just ask!

Then everyday they change a little….. move with the light and it’s a new surprise, a sense of calm and that warm fuzzy feeling that I’m home and it’s ok to relax here 🥰

MOTHER’S DAY 2020 WRAP UP ❤️
Never in my first year, with minimal lead up time as I decided to dive in and just DO IT, did I think I’d have the success I did this Mother’s Day all thanks to you!
I sold out of all dried arrangements in 24 hours 🤯
I had to do an additional trip to market to accommodate the influx of orders 🙌🏼
I had 4 delivery drivers on the road to get your most of the orders out in the AM and my Husband and I even did two loads ourselves finishing up the last few deliveries at 2:30pm 💪🏼
I am SO grateful for the support and can’t wait to continue this grand adventure and continue to bring all the floral goodness to you on the daily ❤️
