A little life update from Us ❤️
Our little man, Walter is growing so quickly and we are absolutely soaking in all the little moments, cheeky smiles and heart bursting milestones 🥰
It really is true, it all goes by too quickly. 🥹
At this point in time, I have no return to work/shop date as I focus on my new role as a Mum and who knows what my return will even look like.
All I do know is at this point in time, there is no where I’d rather be than home 🥹🏠
Again, we thank you for all your well wishes, gifts and support. Seeing you down the street or while we are out and about and being so excited to meet Wally has been something pretty special ❤️
Now I’m off to do bath time, books and snuggle this scrumptious little boy 🥰

Just a reminder that I am now on Maternity Leave 🥳
I made it to 36 weeks working flat out until the very end and am now getting organised to have a baby ❤️

Oppsies…. I made a little boo-boo on trading hours this week 😂
Saturday we will be CLOSED as I forgot it is birth class week 😅🙈
So updated hours are…
Monday - Wednesday 9am - 3pm
Thursday & Friday 9-5pm
Saturday - Closed

SHOP UPDATE ❤️
This week coming will be the last of Fresh Flowers for me before taking a break and winding down into Maternity leave 💐
So 3 more market mornings for me before wrapping up the 3am starts 🥳 I’m not going to lie - I’m kinda looking forward to some sleep in’s now!
This weeks trading hours…
Monday - Wednesday 9-3pm
Thursday & Friday 9-5pm
Saturday - Closed (It’s birth class week 😜)
We will be having some specials in store for my last full week so keep your eyes peeled on our social media!

A little update ❤️
I am feeling great at 34+ weeks pregnant however as we get closer to meeting baby Savige it’s getting time to give away the 3x a week 3am market trips 😅
The plan is to continue with our enormous selection of fresh blooms this week and next week before letting both myself and Ollie have some sleep ins! 🥳
Then I’m sure I will struggle to stay away from the shop and will tinker with the giftware side of things 🙈

Reminder - We are taking an extra long weekend and are having tomorrow (Tuesday) off as well 😊
The shop will reopen Wednesday 🙌🏼
I am well and truly, well trying to, slow down as I enter the 34 week mark - not too long to go! ❤️

Open tomorrow morning (Saturday) 9am - 12:30pm then closing up for the long weekend ❤️
Flowers will be super limited tomorrow morning so get in quick if you need a bunch 🏃🏼‍♀️
We will then reopen Wednesday next week 😊

The plan is “no plan” ✌🏼

After a bit of an overwhelming week in the shop answering all the questions about baby and business I thought it best to pop on and make a public announcement re: my plans 🙈

Key Points…

✅ Yes, I will be having time off to have the baby.

✅ Yes, this means the store will be closed while I rest and enjoy pre and post baby times.

❌ No, I do not have a back to work date.

❌ No, I can’t answer all your questions about the business until we see what life looks like with a new baby 😅

Having a baby has been a long time coming for my Husband and I and we are absolutely thrilled for what’s to come. We thank you for all your support and kind words - it is truly appreciated ❤️

We understand that you guys love the shop so much the thought of no Style Lush for a few months is sad and you have many questions.

At the moment, I don’t have all the answers but having a baby cannot change my love for flowers so rest assured, you haven’t seen the end of me. 💐

By no means is this the end of Style Lush, quite the opposite in fact. It’s a time to evolve, make changes and reset that work / life balance more in favour of my family ❤️

I am hoping to work for another 3-4 weeks (doctors permitting) as I get to the end of my pregnancy and am planning some awesome things before my break so keep your eyes peeled 🥰

SOME THINGS DON’T GO TO PLAN 🙈🤦🏼‍♀️
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Tuesday 27th Style Lush will be closed until approximately 12pm.
Tomorrow is going to look a little different after my van decided to become out of action!
Thank you to my MVP and Husband, who works after his own work to get me back on the road, we are just waiting on some parts ❤️
I’m sorting out my game plan but I think the shop will be closed until midday at this stage.
Never a dull day in small business 🤦🏼‍♀️ please bare with me ❤️🤟🏼

Then off to market first thing tomorrow morning to collect a beautiful load of flowers for a special wedding this weekend 💐

Trading Hours this week - 19th - 24th Feb…
Monday - 9-3
Tuesday- 9-4
Wednesday- 9-5
Thursday- 9-5
Friday - 9-5
Saturday- 9-1
Over the coming weeks I will be reducing hours as I start to slow down towards the end of my pregnancy - 31 weeks this week coming ✌🏼
I know it can be inconvenient to not be as consistent as normal, however I will be doing my best to juggle all the balls while looking after myself, baby and promising my doctor and Husband I will rest 😅
At this stage I am still travelling to Melbourne 3 times a week for flowers at 3am and 80 hour weeks just aren’t as easy as before 🙈
Hence our closing times may change at short notice if I run out of puff ❤️
I will update socials regularly to any changes to hours and keep you all posted 🙌🏼

PSA - The store will be closed Friday & Saturday as I rest after Valentine’s Day and catch up on orders, weddings and reset the shop 🙌🏼

I will be working behind closed doors tomorrow as I have a couple of appointments and tests to do throughout the day meaning I will be ducking in and out as needed ❤️

REOPENING Tuesday 30th January - 10:30am ❤️
I have had A LOT of messages asking when I am back to work and am feeling very loved as you are all so eagerly waiting for us to open for 2024 🥰
Tuesday will be a big morning at market, collecting only the best blooms to start our year so please bear with us as we unload and prep reopening the store. I’m not quite as speedy as before 😅
Excited to get back in store for the next couple of months while we wait for our new family member to arrive 🥰
