I shared the video of my little girls harry potter birthday party set up we did this weekend but for a closer look these are the pictures of our amazing first set up for 2025. I'm so proud of how this party turned out and more importantly I made my little girls day. Big thanks to my amazing friends who helped me when I was un well this past week, my husband for always being amazing, my sister for Mackenzie's absolutely gorgeous cake and Belinda from Packages with Love for the absolutely amazing grazing/sweet table, our guests have been raving about your food set up since the party. thank you to mum and dad for watching my kiddies so much the past week. I can very safety say we have alot of harry potter themed props now available for hire.

Wedding #2 from last weekend. Saturday morning we headed into the Young Golf Club bright and early to make sure we had everything looking amazing for the bride and groom. my beautiful clients picked the soft sage and white for their special day and I think the room looked gorgeous when we had it all finished. Even though this was our last set up from a massive weekend I wanted to doubly make sure that everything was perfect for them, to bad my wrist had other ideas. woke up that morning and couldn't move it, or use it. but I was not going to let the beautiful couple down so I pushed through the pain and got everything done but when I got to the chair sashes that's when I knew I was in a bit of trouble. physically I was struggling to tie them, I'm so blessed to have a tribe of friends that dropped everything with one phone call and raced up to help me finish them. I would like to say a massive thank you to them and all the staff at the club for making everything so easy for me and all their help.

Wedding #1 from this past weekend. On Friday I headed to the Criterion in Young to set up a bright and sunny Wedding reception. I wanted to transform the Pub's bistro area into an area my amazing client always dreamt of. This day had been many years in the making for the happy couple, both waiting a very long time before they tied the knot officially so I wanted this day to be worth the wait and more for them. my beautiful bride only had 2 requests, lots of yellow and sunflowers and I think I successfully transformed this room for them. the yellow just popped. I'm so happy with the final result. big thanks to the incredible staff at the Cri for all the help and making it so easy for me to come in and turn the room upside down.

hi everybody, so I know I haven't posted alot of new pictures for awhile, I've just been so busy I haven't had a spare minute to post. I will be hopefully getting all caught up over the next couple weeks. But I do want to start with my incredibly busy schedule of events from this past weekend. As normal I always want to keep challenging myself, keep pushing myself. so this past weekend I had 2 weddings, yr 12 graduation and total of 3 balloon garlands. safe to say taking on so much for one weekend I had to make sure everything went to my schedule, my timing had to be close to perfect or I risked falling behind or worse letting down my clients. I set a pretty crazy goal for myself but by the end of my weekend I think I smashed it. not saying everything went perfect, I definitely had a few unexpected challenges pop up and it did complicate somethings. thankfully I had some amazing people who came to my rescue. nothing to crazy bad but things I definitely hadn't planned for, like our car breaking down Friday night when we were on our way to set up a balloon back drop in Cootamundra and a busted wrist Saturday that I couldn't move, lift or really do anything without bad pain. but we pushed through and got it all done in the end, so keep an eye out for all the new pictures.

This weekend I got to set up a very special baby shower, for my baby sister. Obviously we don't know the gender of the baby so we stuck to the neutral brown tones she loves so much. I absolutely can't wait to welcome my new niece or nephew in a few short months. I love how this set up turned out.

last weekend I headed into the New Space in Young to set up a gorgeous baby boy themed baby shower balloon backdrop. We created this backdrop as a surprise for a special mumma expecting an even more special little man. I loved this backdrop, every part of it. first time trying the floating teddy balloon, first time using our brand new timber round backdrop stand and our brand new timber BABY boxes. thanks to my amazing husband for building them all for me.

A few weeks ago I got to set up a car themed backdrop for a 33rd birthday. I know alot of people are going to be wondering why so big for a 33rd but all the 1991 babies out there will know Covid restrictions ruined our chances to have our big 30th birthday parties. the theme was Holden, but more importantly Holden VL Commodore. super proud with how it all turned out especially the red VL timber cut out we made for the birthday boy.

Sometimes balancing work and kids can be hard and exhuasting but so worth it. Friday I spent the entire day helping and cheering on my kids at our school sports carnival. I didn't want to miss a minute of my kids having fun, so I stayed until the very last minute. but when it finished I had to very quickly turn mum mode off and switch gears to boss mode. Racing into town to set up a gorgeous balloon backdrop for a special young lady's 18th birthday at the Young Services club. the colours were purple and teal, and I love how this all came together, it looked amazing. I was so thrilled when the birthday girl got to see it for the first time and I could see how happy she was. Hope you had the best night.

As soon as I finished that gorgeous balloon backdrop I was off again, I raced out to another client. A different kind of celebration for the day. We set up gorgeous Wedding ceiling Octo Piece draping. using white and soft green to match the rest of the theme for this special couples big day, it looked amazing. wishing this happy couple a life time of happiness together.

safe to say this very sunburnt and sore mummy had a very lazy Saturday.

I would also like to send out a massive thankyou to Leah, Lilly and the Young Services Club for allowing me to sneak in Thursday night to drop off the big backdrop, numbers and stands. I wouldnt have been able to stay with my kids all day and definitely would have missed seeing my little girl get her very first athletics trophy.

Post Catch Up!!

A few weeks ago I got asked to create a balloon backdrop for the Harden Red Devils Black & Red Ball. This was my first time doing a backdrop for this football club and I feel so honoured that they wanted me to do their balloon backdrop for a big night like this.

POST CATCH UP!!!

a few weeks ago I was so lucky to be able to do another set up for the Yabbies, for their presentation night at the Young Golf Club.
All our set ups are so special but this set up I will admit I was so excited for. This year the Yabbies won their 3rd Premiership in a row and I wanted to create something special to celebrate such an amazing achievement.
i wanted to incorporate the 3 years, not just 2024 so we used 3 green backboards, adding the years 2022, 2023, 2024 to each board.
for the table centrepieces I wanted to try something new but still footy related so we used cut outs, male and female footy players represented throughout the room. I loved how the room looked when it was finished.

A massive congratulations to all the players, I can't wait to add 2025 to the backdrop next year.

first time trying my hand at Christmas lights, I have wanted to for 9 years but never found time. this year I made the time, a sneak peak at just some of our cool lights in our front yard. easily over 1000m of fairy lights.

What an incredible year 2023 has been for myself, I have had so much fun creating all these special events for so many people and so honoured for all the families who have let me play apart of thier special events. Thankyou to all my amazing clients, followers, family and friends for all the love and support throughout this year. I cant believe how much I have learnt and grown, and where my business was starting 2023 compared to how I have finished 2023. i am so proud of all the hard work I have put into my business over the years and 2023 has shown me it has all been so worth it. I cant wait to see what 2024 has in store for us.
