Do think about you and your men having their own entry. It starts the ceremony in such a fun way. Being the celebrant, I am never in a position to film the ceremony, but I think you can tell that the ensuing ceremony was beautifully friendly, relaxed and fun. I wasn’t at the reception, but I bet the fun continued. Thanks, Jeremy and your friends for making this so great for your guests.

What a buzz it was to wed Natalie and Jeremy on Monday. You can tell what a great atmosphere there was at the ceremony and what a beautiful place Bendooley is. I bet the reception was amazing. Danielle Webster Photography has done a brilliant job of the photography, and the flowers by Wedding Flowers by Keren were some of the most beautiful I’ve seen (the broken arch in the chapel was particularly lovely). The girls’ makeup was flawlessly done by Natalie Lucas Makeup & Hair. If you’re considering a destination wedding on the Gold Coast, this group of vendors is a must.
Who'd have thought Emily would find a husband in Kmart, yet there Tyler was, Emily's knight in shining car, singing along to the radio while he stocked the shelves in the sporting goods section. How could she resist? And how could Tyler resist the beautiful girl who initiated a conversation with him AND shared his taste in music?

I had the honour of being Mikaela and Luke's marriage celebrant in November. They, too, suffered as a result of the Rona; much of their family is in Queensland and weren't able to attend. They got around this by renewing their vows in Queensland when the border reopened.

This made me shed a happy tear or two, so I have to share. Doesn’t it warm your heart when you see or hear of people doing beautiful things for others? I love love, whether it’s the love of a couple getting married, the love of family and friends, or just the love we can have for our fellow planetary inhabitants. Wishing the newlyweds and the beautiful violinist in this clip all the love and happiness in the world.
Telling Steph and Joel's love story during their wedding ceremony at Macarthur Park in Camden. Steph and Joel have been together since high school. He had to borrow money from his mum to take Steph on their first date when the two of them were 15! Times change. They're not the same people now that they were then, but I think they're just as much in love, if not more so. And their whole family is just beautiful. It was such an honour playing my part in getting them wed.
Just love a couple with a good sense of humour, and these boys, the bride's brothers, really pull it off; they have it well-choreographed and the music is perfect. It really set a fun-filled tone for both the ceremony and the reception. This wedding was one of my celebrant buddies', Ruth Mathos.
