CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER GOODNESS 》 I love experimenting and this little creations is to die for...Coconut yoghurt mixed with peanut butter, protein powder and maple syrup mixed together scooped into balls onto baking paper or silicone sheet pop into freezer till set then coat with dark chocolate crushed nuts and Celtic salt ♥️ The kids loved it!!

Its been an amazing year seeing go official, my home kitchen being approved, taking on cupcake decorating workshops, wellness woman retreats, grazing tables at weddings and engagements, corporate catering and so much more 💗 Just want to take this time to thank all my family, friends and customers who have supported and purchased from me it’s been overwhelming the love and encouragement I have received and for that I’m truly grateful 🥰 Hope everyone has a safe and merry Christmas, I look forward to taking your orders in 2023!

🌿 Afternoon tea sorted…Vanilla protein balls recipe below ⬇️

2 cups dates
2 cups nuts of choice (I used a mix)
2 tbs raw cacao
8g vanilla extract
40g 💯 maple syrup
2 tbs peanut butter
2 scoops juice plus vanilla protein
8g cinnamon
Desiccated coconut for rolling

Pop all ingredients into processor and blend until combined, roll into balls coat with coconut and enjoy x
