Heyyy there folks. Thanks so much to those that have thrown their support at us in all the ways. We’ve been deeply moved knowing that there are so many of you alongside us.

Sal’s on the mend and shuffling one foot in front of the other (with the help of a trusty IV pole). We’re playing a game of patience, days pass slowly but we’re finding joy in “activities” that are both new and familiar.

Small bids for “normality” are made and found in an episode of Ted lasso from the hospital bed.

Contact with the online world is still touch and go as waves of emotion gently wash us back to shore. We’ll endeavor to send updates but these are like messages in a bottle, you never know when they’re coming and how long they’ll take to arrive.

Huge amount of gratitude and warm fuzzy feelings.

Hello Autumn 🍂 , the leaves are changing, the weather’s cooling down, life’s winding down and dang we have some news that’s had us thrown.

Sal's biopsies came back and she's been diagnosed with Ovarian cancer.

Sal is seeking treatment in Sydney and will be unavailable until the 25th of May.

Have been debating whether or not to share this but we knew it could act as a prompt/info for couples as a heads up. At this stage, it will not interfere with future weddings.

Looking forward to celebrating more + more love stories in the future.
