I’ve been so busy since the beginning of the year 👒So sometimes (aka most of the time) I like to have a bit of fun when tidying up the studio (arranging-the-bedroom-but-getting-distracted-type feels) that I have a bit of a play around with leftover flowers or ones that needed deadheading in the patch.
I recently did a big stock up of vases getting ready for all the fun events and weddings we have coming up in the year ahead. I’m loving these ones with a mix of local banksias from and cozzies, dahls, hydy and sunnies picked from out the back ✂️🧺

Two of Wagga’s favourite flower girls, Ann and Fay (plus Richard!) make up . Both with a wicked sense of humour, these two are so kind and generous with their time and knowledge to everyone around them. Special thanks to Richard for letting us in on his secret fertilising intel!
You can catch then down at cafe with their weekly, homegrown floral arrangements and don’t miss their Mother’s Day pick-your-own open day.
Ever the speedy journalist these photos would have been taken well over a month ago now. The patch that they grow on is currently bursting with colour! You can pick their homegrown Zinnias from a mile away.

We still have so much we would love to teach you about growing and creating, so keep an eye out for our other workshops we have planned for the year ahead. Everything from flower crowns, dividing dahlia tubers, Christmas in July wreaths and all things flower related.

-LOVE WHERE IT CAME FROM- with Tegan from 🌼

Boy-oh-boy has it taken me sometime to get this off my desk. In-between running two businesses, being a mum and life in general there is not much time to have a hobby or a project. However, finally kickstarting the Love Where it Came From series is my little chat with Tegan. You will see from the photos, which I think these were taken right back at the very beginning of Spring that there isn’t a whole lot going on in her patch of the world. If you follow along with her growing you will know that her Dahlias and Zinnias are well and truly out of the ground. I’ll touch back in with her at the height of the Summer season and post updated photos.

I want to use this series to showcase all the beautiful growers we have in the Riverina and Snowy regions, and how lucky we are to have them right at our doorstep.
